Unlike big box stores, we don't keep dusty rolls sitting in a warehouse. Every single roll of MURA wallpaper is printed specifically for you when you order. This ensures the best color consistency and quality.

Production Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for us to print, cut, and pack your order.

Note: During holidays, this might take a day or two longer.
2. SHIPPING RATES & TIMES (USA)
We ship via UPS and FedEx from our facility in Tennessee.

3. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We strive for flawless delivery of every order, as shipping heavy wallpaper rolls internationally can be intricate and costly. We hope to expand soon!
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your wallpaper leaves our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Just ordered? Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update. Sometimes the carrier scans the package before the system catches up.
5. THE "OOPS" POLICY (Lost or Damaged)
While we trust our carriers, mistakes happen.

Damaged in transit? If your tube arrives crushed or bent, please snap a photo and email us at support@murawalls.com immediately. We will reprint and ship a replacement ASAP at no cost to you.

Lost package? If the tracking indicates "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors first. Tell us if, after a day, it's still gone.
